A double-stack intermodal train carrying 618 containers departed the Dallas Intermodal Terminal destined to Long Beach and Oakland, Calif. As the longest train ever run on UP, the consist includes three locomotives on the head end, two sets of two locomotives throughout the train, and two locomotives on the rear.
